Color only#
Use this for visual grouping without changing descriptions.
- Add a preset in Project Settings.
- Give it a recognizable name and color.
- Leave Preset Text empty.
- Apply it to selected comments.
Add a label#
Use this for labels such as Server, Client, or TODO.
- Set Preset Text to a label followed by a separator, such as **TODO: **.
- Enable Prefix existing comment.
- Select the comment and apply the preset.
A comment that already begins with that exact prefix keeps one copy. A different label can still be added in front of an existing label.
Use a fixed heading#
Set Preset Text to the complete heading and turn prefix mode off. Applying the card replaces the old text. Use Shift+Enter in the preset text field for another line.
Keep cards easy to scan#
Use short preset names and colors with enough contrast to read the preview. Order entries in the Presets list in the order you want the cards to appear.
Changing a preset does not automatically restyle older comments. Reselect the comment and apply the new card when ready.
