Build a shop list#
Suppose a table contains item power and required level.
- Create an integer condition for power above your chosen minimum.
- Create another condition for required level at or below the player's level.
- Collect both conditions with Make Array and pass them to Query Data Table Rows.
- Connect Make Query Options to Options, with Combine Operator set to AND. Connect an empty Make Array to Excluded Row Names.
- Check Success and the result count.
- Use the matching Sort Rows By … Path node to order the returned row names. Tick Ascending for the smallest value first; it is off by default.
- Read each row to fill your UI.
Choose conditions and sort nodes that match the actual field types.
Match either condition#
Set Combine Operator to OR when an item should qualify by either condition. For example, a list can include items from either of two categories.
Show one page#
After filtering and sorting, use Take Page Row Names to select the portion to display. Keep the same candidate set and sort choice while moving between pages.
Combine existing lists#
Use Union Row Names to include either list, Intersect Row Names for rows appearing in both, and Subtract Row Names to remove one list from another.
Check an empty result#
Read one row you expect to match, simplify to one condition, and confirm the comparison value. Success with a count of zero is a valid result, not a failed query.
