The Classes view#
Choose folders and whether to include open Level Blueprints and Widget Blueprints, then press Scan. Start with a small folder on a large project.
Choose Ticking, Can tick, or All, and combine it with Problems only to see rows with findings. Expand entries to review components. Double-click a row to open the Blueprint; Show Event Tick Node takes you to the relevant node.
Select rows for an action#
Check individual rows or use Check all visible. A disabled checkbox has a tooltip explaining why the row cannot be edited.
The checked rows that are currently visible drive Fix unwired Event Tick, Disable tick, Enable tick, Interval → Set, and Group → Set; hidden rows are never changed. To check the rows you selected, right-click and choose Check Selected. Read the confirmation to see the intended changes.
Save and undo#
Changed Blueprints are compiled. Saving is enabled by default; change it with the Save changed Blueprints checkbox in the panel or in preferences. Maps are never saved automatically; review any unsaved map changes separately.
Ctrl+Z undoes the action. Changes to inherited settings can affect children and placed copies that still use those defaults. Playtest after a bulk change.
The Live cost view#
Start Play In Editor to measure. Use By class to compare individual classes, or By owning actor to include an actor's components in its total.
Pause freezes collection, Resume continues, and Reset clears the current measurements. Choose a world when comparing multiplayer instances.
